I’ve always said – If a client will pay you in sushi, then you should do just about anything they ask.

For this project I worked with a local sushi catering company to re-write their entire website and create marketing materials to drive event purchases and engagement. This involved multiple meetings with their events manager to determine the scope of the project and establish the general tonal feel of the language. I subsequently worked directly with Ellie Ohiso, who has a great eye for design and did an awesome job creating the website.

I also helped set up a photo shoot for the website, including seeing to all the back-end details and organizational components. I was able to work with Ben and Becky Carpenter of Brown Street Studios, who were fantastic. It was a really fun shoot in a great setting, and most importantly, we all got to eat a bunch of awesome sushi.
